Your Malta wedding is drawing closer, and the stress is starting to build! What's a frazzled bride-to-be to do? Well, first of all, it's important to take the advice of many expert wedding planners: take care of yourself! Take a deep breath, keep active, eat healthy food, and find an outlet for your stress, like yoga. Remember to keep groom close, and son't forget to save time or harmful things to your body, and the last thing you need is cold on your wedding day, so take time to relax.

get organized and stay that way.

Start your planning process as early as possible and be sure to document every decision you make so you won't forget it at later time. Use whatever system you deem necessary to keep track of your files, sticky notes and numbers: just stay organized!

create budget and stick with it

You and your soon-to-be spouse should sit down together early in the process and determine how much you can feasibly spend on the wedding and what areas you would like to spend the most/least money in. Agree on top and bottom priorities, and be sure to talk honestly with both set of parents to fully understand their contributions (if applicable). DOn't forget to include all major expenses, such as honeymoon, clothing, photography, entertainment and reception costs.

be thankful for waht (and whom) you have in your life

You will receive everything from money, to gifts, to good wishes from friends and loved ones. remember to thank everyone sincerely. Weddings are joyful celebrations, and people crave being a part of positive experiences!

don't forget to stick to your guns

You've made important decisions and created budget, so don't be tempted to stray from that! If your budget is small, be thankful for what you have, and don't exceed it for sole purpose of ''keeping up appearance''. This is no one's wedding but yours.

forgive YOURSELF

No bride and groom can make everyone happy all the time, and worrying takes up far too much energy and creates far too much stress. Don't worry so much about letting others down. Be aware of others' feelings and honor them when possible, but don't forget that you and your future husband should be the focus of this bliss event!
