INGREDIENTS
• 2 oz vodka (optional: use blueberry vodka for even more flavor)
• 4 oz. Sprite zero
• 2 sprigs fresh mint (reserve on sprig for garnish)
• 1 tbsp fresh blueberries (reserve a few for garnish)

HOW TOMuddle vodka, mint and blueberries together in a shaker. Add one cup of crushed ice and SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE! Pour into a cocktail glass and top with Sprite Zero, garnish with remaining mint & blueberries!

Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco via Damn Delicious
INGREDIENTS
• 3 cups prosecco, chilled
• 1 cup limoncello liqueur, chilled
• 1 cup frozen raspberries
• 6 sprigs fresh mint

HOW TO
In a large pitcher, whisk together prosecco and limoncello.
Serve over raspberries, garnished with mint, if desired.

Very Cherry Martini via Marla Meridith

INGREDIENTS
• 2 ounces Cherry Vodka
• 5 ounces Sparkling Cherry Juice
• 1 tablespoon Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate
• Vanilla Sugar (to rim the glass)

HOW TO
Wet the rim of a chilled martini glass with cherry vodka. Place vanilla sugar on a plate, rub the edge of the glass with sugar to coat. Add vodka, sparkling cherry juice & tart cherry juice to glass. Stir gently with a small spoon.

Grapefruit Mimosa Recipe via Jelly Toast

INGREDIENTS
• 4 oz freshly squeezed, Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
• 1 1/2 oz St. Germain (Elderflower Liqueur)
• 4 oz Champagne (or enough to top)
• Grapefruit slices for serving

HOW TO
Fill a glass with ice. Pour grapefruit juice and St. Germain over the ice and stir. Top with chilled Champagne and garnish with a slice of grapefruit. Enjoy!

INGRIEDIENTS
• 1 oz. Cream
• 1/2 oz. Toasted marshmallow syrup
• 1 oz. Creme de cacao
• 1/2 oz. RumChata
• 1.5 oz. Van Gogh Dutch chocolate vodka

HOW TO
Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake. Double-strain into a martini glass rimmed with melted chocolate and graham cracker, and top with a skewer of flaming marshmallows.

Minty pomegranate spritzer via Love & Lemons

INGRIEDIENTS
• ¼ cup Stoli Premium Vodka
• 2 tablespoons minty simple syrup (recipe below)
• 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice
• scoop of crushed ice
• ¼ cup prosecco
• squeeze of lemon (orange would be good too)

Minty simple syrup: (makes enough for more than 2 cocktails)
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
handful of mint

HOW TO
Make the minty simple syrup. Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan.
Simmer just until the sugar dissolves, whisking occasionally (just a minute or two).
Remove from heat; stir in the mint. Chill until ready to serve, letting the mint continue to steep in the syrup for at least 30 minutes.
Strain out the mint before serving.
Mix together the vodka, simple syrup, pomegranate juice and ice. Pour into
glasses. Top with prosecco and a squeeze of lemon.

Lavender Lemonade via One Kings Lane

INGREDIENTS:Makes 10 servings
• 2 cups sugar
• 7 sprigs lavender (stems and buds), plus a few additional sprigs for garnish
• 2 cups fresh lemon juice (from about 10 lemons)
• 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (from about 4 limes)

HOW TO
In a large saucepan, bring one gallon of water and the sugar to a boil. Remove from heat, and add 7 lavender sprigs along with the lemon and lime juices all together in the pot. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then strain and chill.
Once the lemonade is sufficiently chilled, serve on ice in your favorite glassware and add the additional sprigs of lavender for garnish.

Coconut Vanilla Bellini via Thread Sence
INGREDIENTS
• 1 bottle of prosecco
• 16 ounces of a coconut juice blend or coconut pureed nectar

For the sugared rims:
• 1/4 cup white sanding sugar
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 vanilla bean

HOW TO
To prepare the sugared rims, combine sanding sugar, granulated sugar, the scraped seeds of the vanilla bean, and the vanilla bean pod in a large bowl and mix. You can do this a few days ahead of time if desired.
Coat the rims of 8 champagne flutes in something sticky and sweet, such as leftover frosting or marshmallow fluff. Then coat with the sugar mixture.
To make the cocktails, pour 2 ounces of the coconut juice blend or puree into the bottom of the flute. Fill the remaining space with prosecco and stir with a long spoon to mix.
Serve immediately!

Caramel Apple Martini via HGTV
INGREDIENTS
• 1 oz. Baileys Irish cream
• 1/2 oz. apple schnapps
• 1/2 oz. butterscotch schnapps
• 2 oz. half-and-half or whole milk
• coarse sugar
• ground cinnamon

HOW TO
Rim glass with coarse sugar mixed with cinnamon.
For each cocktail, pour all ingredients into a drink shaker. Fill shaker with ice then shake and strain the cocktail into a chilled glass, with or without ice.
